Carnivore Hamburger Bun Recipe

Preheat

Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175°C). Grease a 6-cup muffin pan.

Combine

Combine cheese and eggs together in a large mixing bowl.

Fill

Divide the batter and fill each muffin space evenly.

Bake

Bake for 20 minutes, until tops are golden brown.

Cool

Run a knife around the edges to loosen each muffin. Remove from the pan and cool on a wire rack.

For the buns

Cook

Cook as many burger patties as you need, with or without cheese.

Assemble

Assemble with optional add-ins. Eat immediately.

For the burgers

I feel like the bun is a little "eggy" so I added a pinch of garlic powder (garlic bread) or onion powder.

I'm sure for breakfast sandwiches, you could add vanilla or maple flavoring which would be a nice change.
