These Air Fryer Carrots  are a snap to make in your air fryer. Air fried carrots are a quick and easy way to get a delicious vegetable side dish on your table in under 15 minutes.

Air Fryer Carrots

baby carrots (halved)

T butter

T honey (optional)

Wash baby carrots and cut into halves. Add the carrots to a baking pan or other oven safe bakeware.

Season the carrots with 2 T of butter. Optional: salt and pepper

Cook at 380 degrees F (193 C)  for 15 minutes. Check at 10 minutes, if you like the tenderness you can stop the cooking now. If you want your carrot softer, continue to cook.

Then remove, serve with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!

Air Fryer Baby Carrots (plus time + temp)

Tender spiced air fryer carrots with crispy edges is a simple side dish perfect for any meal made in just 20 minutes.

carrots (peeled and cut in half lengthwise)

extra virgin olive oil (or avocado oil)

Kosher salt

cumin

coriander

cinnamon

ginger

black pepper

allspice

Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

Place the prepared carrots in a large bowl. Drizzle the oil over top and toss until all the pieces are well coated.

Combine spices in a small bowl, add to the bowl with the oil coated carrots and toss until well combined.

Place the seasoned carrots on the tray or in the basket of the air fryer depending on model.

Roast for 18-20 minutes, flipping carrots halfway through. Carrots should be tender with crispy edges when finished. Best served immediately.
