I made this for dinner last night and we really liked it! It is now part of the arsenal of recipes to make again. I roasted the cauliflower in the oven, used fire roasted crushed tomatoes, a little more garlic and fresh oregano and mixed fresh parsley in the ricotta.... so delicious!!

Thanks for the update on the cauliflower in this recipe!  I made this before and although it was delish, I agree, the sauce was soupy.  Excited to make this today and trying roasting the cauliflower!

Made the recipe as is and the cauliflower was not cooked at 28 minutes. Follow the other comments and roast before making the dish so it does cook properly.

Good, but you don’t need all that Ricotta cheese. Also we doubled the cauliflower.

Hi, I just made this recipe and it was pretty good! My only problem is there was a lot of remaining liquid at the bottom of the pan. I'm wondering where I went wrong as in the comments below it looks like roasting the cauliflower solved the "soupiness" others mentioned. Perhaps I didn't roast it long enough? Would love to know so I can make it again. Thank you!

Flavorless and soggy. Very disappointed. Definitely need to cook the cauliflower beforehand.

Omg I love this recipe.  It makes me want to stay on keto.  GreenPuzzle, try full-fat ricotta (it's less carbs if you are on keto)--I also thought I hated ricotta until I had this full-fat stuff.  Yum.  Also I used ground turkey and some shiitakes instead of beef and my vegetarian buddy made hers without any meat at all.  PS, next time I will double the sauce and use more sauce in the casserole, and save the rest for other things.  I really love this simple sauce recipe without the meat.  It is a true simple pure italian marinara.

Just made this for dinner & it was FANTASTIC!!! I did Keto for 2.5 months, took a break over the holidays, then resumed about a month ago. And let me tell you, this is THE BEST keto meal that I've found & made so far!! I'm sad that I'm full & I'm already excited for my leftovers. Lol 😋 💯
