Put all ingredients through a power juicer. (start with your ginger and parsley then the rest. These two ingredients have less water so the rest will push them through while juicing them.)

Allow juice to chill in the fridge for a few minutes if you wish. ( I usually leave it in there while I clean my juicer).

Drink within 8 hours.

Making celery juice is one of the easiest recipes. You can make it with or without a juicer. Only 1 ingredient is required if you use a juicer.

Cut off the base and the top of the stalk.

Rinse thoroughly in a colander.

Feed celery stalks through the feeding tube.

Juicer Method

Chop celery into smaller pieces.

Add chopped celeries and water to your blender (Add more water if needed). Blend until smooth.

Place a nut milk bag over a pitcher.

Pour pureed celery juice into your nut milk bag.

Use your hands to squeeze the juice through the bag.

Roughly chop the celery. Chop the apple, keeping the skin on. 

Place the celery, apple, and water in a blender. Blend on high until pureed and a juice forms.

Pass the juice through a fine mesh sieve or a nut milk bag to strain out the pulp. Discard the pulp (or use: see ideas above). Stir in the fresh lemon juice (add more if desired). Drink immediately over ice, or chill before drinking.

Ok tried and to be honest good flavor but not what I would pine for. I also didn’t strain it as it was pretty smooth and I wanted the benefit of the fiber! That being said I did this as I injured my arm and it has been a slow healing process and a friend who comes from the Philippines said that they use more natural healing types of approaches and that juiced celery is great for healing! Ok if this works I will give it 5 stars for what is does not the flavor. Giving it 3 to start and will get back to you in a week. Thanks for your recipe!!

Can't believe you would use the nytimes as a source for whether or not celery juice was effective. NYT is a NOT a medical source and has major conflict of interests with big Pharma. Just because there are no studies doesn't mean it is not proven.  Big Pharma determines what and what does not get researched. 

100 years of use proves it is effective and basic understanding of HS biology does also.
