cerveza (Bohemia, Modelo, Tecate, etc.)

lime (squeezed)

Coarse rimming salt

Run a lime wedge along the rim of a chilled glass, or dip it in a shallow dish of lime juice. Then, dip the rim into a shallow dish filled with salt.

Squeeze lime juice directly into the glass. Add a pinch of salt and stir. Add ice if you&#39;re using it.

Pour in the beer, stopping well before it reaches the rim because it will fizz up. Stir and garnish with an extra lime wedge. Happy drinking!

Pollo al horno con naranjas y cerveza


kg. contramuslo de pollo

dientes ajo troceado

poco de perejil molido

hojas laurel

pizca pimienta molida blanca

pastilla caldo

unos 30 gr de mantequilla en cada pieza

el zumo de 6 naranjas

lata cerveza

Disponemos el pollo en una bandeja rectangular para horno, poner encima un poquito de mantequilla, sal, perejil, pimienta molida y las dos hojas de laurel.

Meteremos en el horno aproximadamente uno 45 minutos para que la carne se vaya asando.

Una vez pasado este tiempo añadimos el zumo de naranja y la cerveza, esperamos otros 45 minutos para que se termine de hacer y reduzca la salsa, lista para servir.
