Heat your milk in a small saucepan on the stove for a minute or two in the microwave, just until it is hot and starting to steam.

Put the tea bag in the milk and place in the refrigerator until chilled.

Combine the tea-infused milk, banana, and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth.

This dirty chai smoothie blends instant espresso powder into a chai-spiced Greek yogurt base. You only need four ingredients to make a delightfully creamy breakfast smoothie with perfect keto macros for weight loss!

Dirty Chai Tea Smoothie

espresso powder

water

ginger

cinnamon

cardamom

cloves

Add all the ingredients to the blender cup.

Blend

Press the lid on firmly and blend on high until the ingredients are smooth and well combined.

Serve

Divide the smoothie between two glasses and serve immediately.

This smoothie is the best afternoon pick me up!  So smooth, creamy, and flavorful.
