Meal Prep Big Mac Salad Jars

lb extra-lean ground beef

tsp salt

yellow onion, diced

dill pickles, chopped

plum tomatoes,

cheddar cheese

romaine lettuce, chopped

mayo

tbsp ketchup

tbsp relish

Cook ground beef with salt in a medium-sized skillet over med-high heat until fat has absorbed and beef is fully cooked, about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix Big Mac sauce ingredients together. Divide sauce among 4 mason jars. Top with ground beef, then layer with onions, pickles, tomatoes, cheese and lettuce.

Store in the fridge up to 5 days - serve by dumping into a large bowl and enjoy!

Burger in a bowl is healthier way to get the flavors of a cheeseburger but without the bread. Basically just all the topping for a burger but in a bowl form.

Cheeseburger Salad

ground beef

salt

pepper

garlic powder (plus additional 1/8 tsp)

tsp onion powder (plus additional 1/8 tsp)

cayenne pepper

bacon

Romaine lettuce

grape tomatoes

onions

pickles

shredded cheese

ketchup

mayonnaise

tsp white vinegar

olive oil

tsp pepper (add more for taste if you like)

Cook the ground beef until browned,&nbsp; drain if necessary. Put the skillet with the beef back on the stove and add the seasoning.&nbsp;

To a small bowl, add the ketchup, mayonnaise, vinegar and olive oil, pepper and a pinch of cayenne. Mix well.

Drizzle a some of the dressing around the inside of the salad bowl. This will help coat the salad with the sauce.&nbsp;

Add the lettuce, pickles, onions, grape tomatoes, bacon and ground beef to the bowl and give it a good toss. Drizzle more dressing on top of the salad and serve immediately.&nbsp;

romaine (2 heads/470 grams)

cherry tomatoes, halved (300 grams)

pickle chips

onion

jalapeno, sliced

large avocado, sliced (150 grams)

cheese

avocado oil

beef

yellow onoin (120 grams)

dijon mustard

salt and pepper,

any other additional toppings you

mayo*

tomato paste

pickle juice (from the pickle jar)

lemon juice

garlic powder

paprika

Prep all your salad ingriedients - chop the lettuce, tomatoes, onoins, avocado, jalapeño, and whatever other toppings you want to use and shred the cheese (if using)

Make the beef. Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Once hot, add oil and let it get hot, about 30 seconds. Add onions and salt and pepper and sauté for 4-5 minutes until soft and golden brown. Add ground beef and break it up with the back of a large spoon. Cook for about 7 minutes, adding mustard halfway through and stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste.

While the beef cooks, make the special sauce dressing. Add the mayo, tomato paste, mustard, pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, and paprika to a glass jar and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.

Once beef is done, assemble the salads. Divide the lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, avocado, jalapenos, cheese, and ground beef between 4 large bowls. Top with dressing and enjoy!
