Easy and delicious Cheesy breakfast pie filled with bacon, eggs and hashbrowns.

Cheesy Breakfast Pie Recipe

eggs

Bisquick

milk

salt and pepper

bacon (cooked and chopped up (divided))

cheddar cheese (divided)

frozen diced hashbrowns ((thawed))

Begin by cooking your bacon. Let drain on paper towel and cut into small pieces. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix eggs, Bisquick, milk, salt and pepper, 3 of your bacon pieces (chopped) and ½ cup cheddar cheese. Whisk together until well combined.&nbsp;Pour this mixture into a greased 10" circle pan.

Pour hashbrowns over this mixture making sure they are evenly spread.

Top off with remaining cheese and bacon pieces.

Bake at 400 for 20-24 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean).

Can you use regular four instead of Busquick? What about replacing the potatoes? Thats a lot of extra carbs. Help pls!

I baked this in a square pan.  Once cool, I cut into serving-sized pieces and wrapped individually and froze.  I defrost in fridge overnight, then heated in microwave for an easy breakfast or lunch...tastes just as good.  Also a delicious supper with salad or veggies.
