My fam loved these! A quick and easy appetizer! I added egg and a little bit of milk so they wouldn’t be too dry. Delish!

I’ve been making these over 30 years. They’re great!  I’ve always served them with grape jelly that has been melted over low heat on the stove. Yummy.

We've made these for years. We cook the sausage first and add approximately 2/3 cup milk. This makes it a more biscuit texture. We call them "breakfast cookies".

Too dry for us. Would use an egg next time and less Bisquick. Didn’t love them so I chopped up the left overs and used them for breakfast burritos.

I don't even know how this has been a favorite, followed directions to a T. Were terrible, also who uses bisquick in a sausage recipe.

Terrible! Ughh after you mix all the meat is all dry and you can’t make the balls because is so dry. I had to improvised...

I make it almost everyday! <strong>SO GOOD</strong>

The mixture was a little dry but I suspect that it's because of the extremely lean sausage and a somewhat harder extra sharp cheddar. The sausage may also have been a little too cold.  To make the mix malleable, I added a little chardonnay. (I may have been looking for a reason to uncork a bottle at 10 AM.) Nonetheless, the result is outstanding. Next time for this recipe it's chorizo.

These were great! I diced half an onion and caramelized them to add to the mix. Great addition to the flavor profile. I also added an egg and a half cup of milk to keep them moist! Gone in half an hour!!!
