3-Ingredient Chia Pudding

chia seeds

almond milk (or milk of choice)

honey (or other sweetener, optional)

Strawberries fruits

Pour ingredients into a jar and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again very well until you see no clumping.

Cover the jar and store in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.

When you're ready to eat it, top with your favorite fruit and enjoy cold!

banana

coconut cream

coconut sugar

cinnamon and vanilla bean powder

Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a pot.

Add oatmeal and chia seeds to boiling water. Turn the heat down to low and cook for 5 minutes.

Add in coconut cream, sliced strawberries and banana. Season with coconut sugar, cinnamon and vanilla bean powder.
