Need a dish that&#039;s quick and easy to make for dinner tonight? This Crockpot Chicken Stuffing Casserole cooks up into a delicious and comforting, one-pot dinner that&#039;s sure to impress without spending hours in the kitchen.

Crock Pot Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

chicken thighs or chicken breast (cubed)

(14.5 oz) green beans

(14 oz) cream of chicken soup

chicken stuffing mix

water

cooking spray ()

cheddar cheese (shredded)

onion flakes

Prepare crock pot with cooking spray. Place the chicken pieces in the bottom of the crockpot, sprinkle cheese, if desired, then add the green beans.

Sprinkle with one package of stuffing mix.

Combine the chicken soup, the remaining package of stuffing mix and the water. Add onion flakes, if desired. Spread over the stuffing mix.

Place the lid on the crockpot and set on high for 2 to 3 hours or low for 4 to 5 hours.

You can add a sprinkle of parsley before serving.

This recipe is always gobbled up by everyone that is served it. We’ve used every kind of cream soup and all tasted good. You can’t go wrong with this recipe. Thanks for sharing

I think this is so great. I never really did cheese in stuffing before bit it's great. Cheese just makes everything better. I prefer the cream of celery but they are all good. I am sure we’ve tried all the cream soups out there. We will be making this again for sure. Great recipe. 👍
