boneless, skinless chicken breasts

red pepper flakes

Kosher salt

bell peppers, thinly sliced

onion, thinly sliced

Tortillas

Guacamole

Salsa

Sour cream

Shredded cheddar

This is the first recipe from here that I didn't love.  The chicken tasted good but If found there was too much liquid and that you really needed to strain well before adding to the tortilla.  Also, the peppers where very mushy.  I'll try it again but will add the peppers during last hour of cooking and see if that will help minimize the amount of liquid and it should make them a lot less mushy.

A good idea but unfortunately not a good recipe, even with reduced cooking time. As others have said, it’s way too soupy; chicken was more like pulled chicken than fajitas, and chicken was very bland. Do not recommend this recipe, as written.

I was nervous after reading the reviews but this ended up being okay not my favorite recipe but after draining it was not terrible. However, I won’t make it again .

Don’t make! Blan blan blan. Tastes super plain. Also it’s like pulled chicken.

Making for dinner tomorrow listen to all the previous people who tried,taco seasoning a must smells yummy

I did this with chicken broth and after it was done i poured it in a pan with more bell peppers and let it simmer so it wasn't as watery. It was very delicious!!

the chicken was so dry and everything else was really “soupy” even though I only cooked it for 4 hours instead of 6. Would not recommend
