Plain Greek yogurt

Ranch dressing

tsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)

½ teaspoon honey

cilantro (optional)

water (optional)

Place all the ingredients into the high speed blender. Blend until smooth , scraping down the sides as needed. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add 1-3 teaspoons water to thin to desired consistency.

Use right away or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
