Mix all ingredients for the chipotle seasoning in a bowl, using a fork to break apart any clumps.

Use immediately, or transfer to an airtight glass container to store for up to 1 month.

Use it in salads, on meat, chicken, and in adobe sauce.

Teaspoon cumin

Teaspoon garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl or plate.

Store in airtight container for up to 4 months.
