Healthy Chocolate Mug Cake

tbsp plain flour

tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

tsp baking powder

sea salt

tbsp 0% Greek yogurt

peanut butter

maple syrup

tbsp milk

g chocolate chips

Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a large mug.

Add the milk, yogurt, nut butter, maple syrup and chocolate chips and mix well.

Cook in the microwave on high power for 90 seconds.

Top with yogurt and chocolate sauce (optional)
