Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Open the fillable ornament and coat the inside with a lightly oiled paper towel. Pour the melted chocolate into one of the halves. Close the ornament, rotating the ball so that the chocolate evenly coats the entire surface. Continue slowly rotating for 5 minutes. You may have to shake it a bit to get the chocolate to fill any holes. Place the ball in the freezer, then flip it after 2 minutes. Continue to flip it every few minutes, 2-3 more times. The chocolate should be set by then. Freeze for 30 minutes.

Remove the ball from the freezer. Carefully open the ornament and remove the ball. Work quickly and avoid touching the ball for too long with your warm hands. If you want to be extra careful, immediately after unmolding, place the ball back in the freezer for a few minutes.

Dip or run a flat-bottomed bowl in boiling water, then dry the entire bowl. Invert the bowl onto a flat surface, then place one side of the frozen chocolate ball on the hot bowl.

Twist back and forth with a gentle motion, making sure that you’re not applying too much pressure to the ball, as it is very fragile. Use a paper towel to help insulate the ball from your warm fingers. You may have to reheat and wipe off the bowl a few times as it will cool down a bit. Place the ball back in the freezer.

On a large plate, stack the brownies on top of each other, then surround them with berries. Place a scoop of ice cream on top of the brownies, then slowly place the chocolate ball on top. To cover up any holes or imperfections along the seam where the ball touches the plate, surround the base of the ball with more berries.

Microwave the dark chocolate with the heavy cream in 20-second intervals until smooth and glossy.

Pour the chocolate sauce over the ball in a circular motion.

Snowman Hot Chocolate Bombs Recipe

Melt white chocolate chips in microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds. Stir. Continue to microwave in 15-second intervals until white chocolate is melted and smooth.DO NOT overheat the white chocolate.

Add a spoonful of white chocolate into 6 silicone mold cavities. Smooth chocolate up the sides of each mold with a spoon. Add more white chocolate as necessary to coat the inside of each mold.Let the white chocolate sit for a few minutes in the mold. Check to see if there are any areas that need to be covered again, then smooth out the sides with a spoon. This will help ensure that the sides and center of the mold are evenly coated with white chocolate.There will be a little extra white chocolate leftover in the bowl. Save this to use in a later step.

Refrigerate white chocolate for at least 30 minutes or until completely set. Gently remove from the mold.

Fill 3 halves with 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa mix and 1 tablespoon of mini marshmallows.

Melt chocolate chips and place in a plastic baggie. Cut a tiny slit in the corner. Remember the leftover spoonful of melted white chocolate chips? It might have hardened by this point and that&#039;s ok. Melt it in the microwave for about 10 seconds and spoon it into a plastic baggie. Cut a tiny slit in the corner of the bag.

Use the melted white chocolate to attach two black ball sprinkles for the eyes and an orange sprinkle for the nose to the 3 other white chocolate cups (the ones without hot chocolate mix).Use the melted chocolate chips to pipe on a mouth.Refrigerate until hardened.

You will need a hot bowl or plate. Press one of the empty white chocolate cups against the hot plate to slightly melt the rim.

Place the empty white chocolate cup over one of the filled ones.

Run a hot spoon along the seam where the two chocolate cups meet to slightly melt the chocolate and seal the seam.

To make a cup of snowman hot chocolate, place one hot chocolate bomb in a mug. Pour 1  1/2 cups of hot milk over bomb. Stir.

This Keto White Chocolate Coffee Bombs recipe is a super fun way to enjoy your coffee or even make them as a gift for your sugar-free family and friends!

Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips

Instant Coffee

Erythritol (granulated)

MCT Powder (optional)

Unsweetened Almond Milk

Place the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl, over a saucepan of simmering water.

Stir until the chocolate is about 60% melted, then removed from the heat and continue to stir until completely melted.

Place about 2 teaspoons of melted chocolate into the base of a silicon half circle mold and smooth up the sides, ensuring there are no holes. Repeat with the remaining holes.

Set the chocolate in the fridge for 15 minutes. If your chocolate is too melty and won’t stay stuck to the sides, chill the mold upside down over a piece of parchment paper.

Gently removed the chocolate half circles from the mold.

Use a heated plate or flat based frying pan to melt and smooth the edges of 4 of the half circles, place in a mini cupcake paper to keep them still.

Fill each with 1 tsp of coffee, 1 tsp of sweetener, and 1 tsp of MCT powder (if using) - or your preferred amounts of each.

Use the heated plate to smooth out the edges of the remaining 4 half circles, and while the edge is still melted, gently press onto the filled half circles.

Decorate with your remaining melted chocolate - the chocolate can also be used as “glue” to help stick the circles together or to fill any gaps in your bombs.

To serve, heat the almond milk until it is steaming, place a coffee bomb in each cup and pour over the hot milk. Stir well and enjoy!
