3 ingredient Keto Chow Chaffles (sweet or savory)

eggs

cheese (we typically use mozzarella or Monterey jack)

Keto

Crack open and empty eggs into a bowl

Add cheese.

Add Keto Chow.

Add other ingredients like chocolate chips if desired

Mix to get the clumps out

Put a small amount of the mixture into the waffle maker, this will take a bit of practice to get right but it&#x27;s around 2 tablespoons. You&#x27;re only filling it maybe halfway.

Chaffles are all the rage these days, and frankly: for good reason. They're extremely easy to make, taste great, and really fill the need for waffles, buns, pizza crusts, and more. This super-simple, 3 ingredient recipe is something we've been cooking up around here and wanted to share with everyone. You can use any of the flavors of Keto Chow, here are some of our favorite uses:

* Use eggnog, chocolate, banana, or any of the other sweet flavors to make an amazing waffle. Throw on some whipped cream and you're all set!
* Use the Creamy Tomato Basil Keto Chow to make pizza crusts
* Use the Savory Chicken Soup to make a bun/roll for burgers or a grilled cheese sandwich
* Use Spicy Taco Soup to make a soft taco shell

Prep it in the morning and grill it that night, this easy rack of lamb recipe can be doubled or tripled for more diners.

Easy Grilled Rack of Lamb

- 2 pound rack of lamb (trimmed of excess fat)

garlic (minced)

rosemary (chopped)

oregano (chopped)

mint (chopped)

lemon zest

salt

black pepper

olive oil

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade to form a thick paste.

FOR THE MARINADE:

Spread the marinade over the lamb rack. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

Remove the lamb from the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Heat the grill on high (500°-525°). Place the rack of lamb on the grill (fat side down) to sear the meat, about 5 minutes. Stay close to the grill in case of flare ups.

Reduce heat to 425°. Turn the lamb over and continue to roast an additional 13-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 120° for medium rare. Transfer lamb to a cutting board and tent with aluminum foil. &nbsp;Let the lamb rest for an additional 5-10 minutes. &nbsp; (Lamb will continue to cook as it rests and will achieve temperature of 125-130° off the grill.)

Cut the lamb into double cut chops. &nbsp;Arrange on a platter and pour any meat juices over the lamb. Scatter with additional fresh herbs and serve.

FOR THE LAMB:

Easy and simple, use just about any flavor Keto Chow to make donuts

Keto Chow Donuts

butter (melted)

cream cheese (softened)

mozzarella cheese

serving Keto Chow (flavor of your choice)

baking powder

coconut flour

calorie free sweetener (powdered erythritol or swerve)

water

cream cheese

heavy cream

sweetener

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Only fill molds half way, they will rise quite a lot.

Microwave for 8 minutes (or less if you want them more moist).

Glaze and enjoy!

Heat up your Keto Chow in a mug and enjoy the warm deliciousness! Perfect for a fall or winter morning.

Hot Keto Chocolate

Chocolate

Grab one serving of Keto Chow that you mixed up previously out of your fridge.

Pour into a mug, microwave that on high for 30 seconds.

Stir, put back in microwave on high for 30 seconds. Repeat until it gets to desired temperature.

This refreshing No Bake Mint Chocolate Pie is an easy dessert to whip up for any occasion! It has a light and creamy mint filling that&#039;s topped with Cool Whip and some Oreo crumbles. If you love chocolate and mint together as much as I do, you will fall head over heels for this recipe!

No Bake Mint Chocolate Pie

Mint

tbsp Unsalted Butter (melted)

oz Marshmallow Creme (or 24 large marshmallows) (softened)

Heavy Whipping Cream (whipped)

Crème de Menthe

Using a food processor, process the Oreos into fine crumbs. Add the melted unsalted butter and pulse until fully combined. You can mix these two ingredients in a separate bowl if needed. The mixture will be soft, a bit mushy, and thick. You should be able to easily mold it into a 9-inch pie plate.

Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate using a spatula or the bottom of a measuring cup, then smooth and level. Place the pie plate in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour to firm up. 

Oreo pie crust

Soften your marshmallow fluff in a large microwaveable bowl, heating it up at full power for no more than 45 seconds. Set to the side. If you use larger marshmallows, I recommend melting them down in a saucepan, frequently stirring, over medium heat. Then let the marshmallow mixture cool completely.

In a medium-sizing mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream using your hand mixer or stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment until it forms whipped cream. This will take about 4 minutes. Set to the side.

To the large mixing bowl with softened marshmallow creme, add in the crème de menthe, mixing until it&#39;s well blended.

Fold in the whipped cream until it&#39;s thoroughly combined.

Pour the mint pie filling mixture into the chilled Oreo pie crust, top with additional Oreo crumbs, then chill in the freezer for 5-6 hours or overnight. Allow the pie to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cutting it. Store any additional pie in the freezer or refrigerator for up to a week.
