Reminiscent of your favorite chocolate truffle, these outrageous brownie bars will satisfy every chocoholic and sweet tooth out there. Adapted from the King Arthur Flour Baker's Companion Cookbook.

Ultimate Raspberry Truffle Brownies

cocoa powder (I used Hershey's natural unsweetened)

sugar

salt

unsalted butter (melted)

raspberry jam

all purpose flour

eggs

chocolate chocolate

raspberries (optional)

chocolate chips

corn syrup

butter

Preheat the oven to 325°. Spray a 13x9 inch pan with vegetable spray and line it with a piece of parchment paper that covers the bottom of the pan but drapes over the long sides (like handles). &nbsp;Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the cocoa, sugar and salt and whisk to combine. &nbsp;Stir in the melted butter and whisk until well combined. &nbsp;

Stir in the flour. &nbsp;Add the eggs one at a time, and stir until combined before adding the next egg. &nbsp;Add the jam, and whisk briskly into the cocoa mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and raspberries until well blended.

Spread the batter into a prepared pan and sprinkle evenly with remaining raspberries. &nbsp;

Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. &nbsp;Center should be slightly wobbly. &nbsp;Cool the brownies for at least one hour before glazing.

In a small over medium heat, combine the chocolate chips, raspberry jam, corn syrup and butter. &nbsp;Stir constantly until the the glaze is smooth and shiny. &nbsp;

Drizzle the glaze over the cooled brownies and let rest for several hours to set up. To slice, run a thin sharp knife under hot water and make slices to the brownies, wiping the knife after each cut and heating it under the hot water again to keep the slices "clean".

Chocolate Raspberry Bars are a delicious dessert that combines the rich flavor of chocolate with the sweet and tangy taste of raspberries. These raspberry cheesecake bars are perfect for any occasion, they are easy to make and are sure to impress your guests.

Chocolate Raspberry Bars

flour

oz cream cheese

TBSP milk

white chocolate chips (melted)

TBSP butter

Crust: Start by getting the oven preheated to 375°F. Then, grease a 9&quot; square baking pan and set it aside.

Next, in a medium size bowl, combine the flour and powdered sugar; then cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly. Press the dough into the prepared pan and bake for 15-18 minutes or until browned.

Filling: When the crust is done baking and has cooled for a few minutes, spread the jam over the top of the warm crust. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and milk until smooth.

In a separate small bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 minute, stir. Continue to heat in 20 second intervals until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. After that, gently whisk in the melted white chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and then spread it carefully over the layer of jam.

Chill: Place the cream cheese bars in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, or until set.

Glaze: For glaze, melt the chocolate chips and butter in a glass or ceramic bowl and microwave for 1 minute. If chips still aren&#39;t melted and smooth, add time in 20 second increments, letting sit and gently stir after each time. Go slowly; you don&#39;t want your chocolate to seize!

Let the bars chill for another 1 hour for the chocolate to set and cool. Cut into bars &amp; enjoy!

The combination of raspberries and chocolate are one of my favorites, and this recipe did not disappoint. And it was easy to make.
