Chocolate Raspberry Sea Moss Smoothie

Avocado

Persian Cucumber (or small cucumber)

Frozen Raspberries

tbsp Ground Flax Seeds

tbsp Raw Cacao Powder

Sea Moss Gel

Almond Milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk)

Medjool Dates (pits removed)

Ice, if needed

Combine all the ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

If your smoothie is thicker than you’d like, add more non-dairy milk. If you would like your smoothie thicker, add ice, until you reach your desired consistency.

almond milk

raspberries and sugar free chocolate shavings or chips (* optional garnish)

Add the raspberries, avocado, almond milk, and protein powder to a blender canister or smoothie cup attachment for your blender.

Blend on high until everything is well-combined and smooth.

Taste and adjust ingredients, as preferred.
