Single Serving Soft Baked Protein Cookie Recipe

tbsp vanilla protein powder

tsp nut/seed butter of choice

tsp chocolate chips (sugar free if looking

¼ tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Grease an oven safe ramekin or mug of choice.Add all ingredients above and combine well.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges start to brown but it is still a little gooey

Best served warm, but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge (texture will firm up a little if stored)

Single-serving Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

tsp oil ((10 g))

tsp (nut) milk ((10 g))

maple syrup ((10 g))

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp flour ((15 g) gf all purpose if desired)

tsp baking powder

chocolate chips ((7 g))

Preheat oven to 350F and grease a small ramekin.

In a bowl, mix together oil, milk, syrup, vanilla well.

In a small bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, pinch salt.

Combine the two into cookie dough. Fold in chocolate chips.

Bake 20 min, top with ice cream if you like, and spoon!
