Was going to cut recipe in half since there’s only 2 of us but glad I didn’t. My husband loved it & went back got seconds. Only change is I added some garlic powder.

We love this chowder.  Fixed it for Christmas Eve and doubled the recipe.  It was a hit!

We truly enjoyed this soup! I used fresh corn, 5yr aged white cheddar and thick cut Hobbs bacon. This is surely a keeper in our house 👏🏼👏🏼

Lawrys seasoning salt
extra course black pepper
corn starch with liquid to thicken
fresh sweet corn on cob and some frozen

Extremely popular at family gatherings! More bacon, more cheese, more cream. Just kept adding a little extra here and there.  It's amazing.

This is delicious! Made with canned corn and used 3 cups of chicken stock instead of 4, and threw in 2 cans of corn along with the juice. Also added in 2 extra strips of bacon and a bit more cheese. Perfect for a chilly fall evening!
