Prepare the fruit salad dressing.

In a small mixing bowl combine the honey and juice from one lime. If you find it is hard to mix, heat for 15 seconds in the microwave and mix again.

Mix the fruit together.

In a large serving bowl, combine the grapes, kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, and pomegranate seeds.

Toss fruit with dressing.

Drizzle the honey mixture over the fruit, and gently toss together.

Refrigerate and Serve.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours before serving.

In a large bowl, gently stir together the fruit being careful to not smash any of the fruit with stirring.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice.

Drizzle the honey mixture over the fruit and gently toss the fruit to coat it with the honey mixture.

Refrigerate until ready to serve and enjoy!

Carefully combine all your fruit in a large bowl. Careful so as not to squish any of the fruit.&nbsp;

Stir together the honey, orange juice, and poppy seeds in a small bowl.&nbsp;

When ready to serve, pour dressing over the top of the fruit and carefully mix together.&nbsp;

If not serving the salad immediately, cover fruit and dressing bowls and place in the fridge for up for 6 hours before serving.&nbsp;

I made this for a large Christmas family gathering. There was not a bit leftover. It looked so festive, and it felt great to have something light to eat. All the fruit was so good to eat together. The dressing was an extra nice, yummy touch.

Ensalada Navideña | Mexican Christmas Fruit Salad

sour cream (14 oz)

sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)

Greek yogurt

pkg cream cheese (8 oz)

peaches

red apples,

green apple,

lb red seedless grapes,

lb green seedless grapes,

lb strawberries, cut in half (about (1.5 cups))

coconut,

Pecans,

Mini marshmallows (optional)

Maraschino Cherries

Mix the sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, yogurt, cream cheese, and the juice from the can until combined, then set aside. You can make this in your blender.

Chopped the apples into small bite-sized pieces, placed them in a small bowl, and squeeze the juice of the lime over them. Make sure they are all coated. 

In a frying pan, toast the pecans for 1 to 2 minutes. Make sure to toss them or move around to prevent burning. 

Now, in a large mixing bowl, combine peaches, apples, grapes, strawberries, ½ cup coconut, pecans, and mini marshmallows (if using) together and mix.

Then pour the creamy mixture over the top and mix well.

For serving, sprinkle the top with the remaining ½ cup of coconut and maraschino cherries serve chilled.
