Prep the 9x9 pan by lining with parchment paper.

Add the white chocolate chips and marshmallow fluff in a big bowl. Set aside.

Melt the sugar, heavy cream, salt and butter on medium heat in a medium pan until it starts to boil. Cook for 5 minutes.

Pour the hot stuff into the bowl of chocolate chips and fluff and mix with the mixer until it&#39;s smooth and soft.

Fold in half of the peppermint Crunch Bits and all the crushed Oreos. Pour into your parchment paper lined pan.

Sprinkle the rest of the peppermint crunch bits on the top. Press down a bit. Let set in the fridge for 3-5 hours.

Easy Sugar Cookie Fudge Recipe (6 Ingredients)

sugar cookie mix

unsalted butter

condensed milk

vanilla extract

holiday sprinkles (divided)

Line a 9-inch square baking pan (or you could use 8-inch) with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

To a medium-sized saucepan set over medium heat, add chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Using a wooden spoon or heat-proof silicone spatula, stir well to combine.

Cook for about 5 minutes, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Then, remove the pan from the heat. Add the vanilla and ½ cup holiday sprinkles to the pan, and stir to combine.

Pour mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle remaining holiday sprinkles over the top.

Refrigerate for about an hour, or until the fudge is firm. Using a sharp knife or bench scraper, cut the fudge into 16 squares.

unsalted butter (sliced)

sugar cookie mix (sifted)

evaporated milk

(11 oz) white chocolate chips

(7 oz) marshmallow fluff

Preparation : Line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper or foil. Sift the sugar cookie mix, measure out 1 cup first, and then sift it. * It&#39;s easiest to line the pan with something that way you can lift out the fudge by the overhang and cut it evenly.

Add the sliced butter into a medium sized saucepan, over low heat, and let it melt completely.

Keeping it on low heat add the sifted sugar cookie mix, while whisking or stirring constantly, until completely blended with the melted butter.

Turn the heat to medium, and add the evaporated milk and continue stirring or whisking until heated through.

Add the granulated sugar, leaving the heat at medium, and continue cooking while stirring frequently until it reaches a rolling boil. This takes about 5-7 minutes.* If using a candy thermometer it should read 234° F. * A rolling boil is a vigorous, bubbling boil with a sort of churning and active motion. * Don&#39;t overcook. Once it reaches a rolling boil, that&#39;s good and you can continue on.

Add the bag of white chocolate chips and stir until the chocolate chips have melted. Add the jar of marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract and continue to stir until all the ingredients are melted and blended together.

Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and immediately top with the sprinkles. Allow the fudge to cool, on the counter at room temperature, for 15 minutes.

Cover the pan with a lid or plastic wrap and let it refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight. Lift the fudge out by the overhang and cut into small, bite-sized squares.
