Christmas Sangria

(750 ml) red wine

pomegranate or cranberry juice

apple cider

brandy

honey

pomegranate

cranberries

green apple

Add fresh fruit to a large pitcher. Combine all the remaining ingredients separately, then add to fresh fruit and stir to combine.

Refrigerate until cold. The longer the sangria sits, the more flavorful it will be. Prepare the sangria ahead of time if possible, up to a full day before serving.

ml Merlot (or red wine of choice)

cranberry juice

orange juice

simple syrup

blackberry brandy

Chambord

lemon-lime soda

oranges oranges, (sliced)

cinnamon

rosemary sprigs, (for garnish)

Combine all ingredients except for the soda and ice together in a large pitcher and chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

Add the ice and soda just before serving and garnish with rosemary sprigs for a festive presentation.

Place the fruit in the pitcher.  Add the diced apples, fresh cranberries, and cinnamon stick in a pitcher.

Add the liquids.  Add the red wine, apple brandy, black raspberry liquor, apple cider, and cranberry juice on top.  Stir well.

Chill.  Allow to chill for at least 2 hours before serving.    Serve over ice or plain, with fresh rosemary and additional cranberries, if desired.

Add your sliced apples, oranges, cranberries, to a large pitcher or punch bowl.

Add in your wine, cranberry juice, apple cider, lemon juice and honey to the pitcher and stir well. Place rosemary sprig and cinnamon sticks on top for garnish.

Place in the refrigerator to chill for at least an hour or overnight before serving.
