agave nectar

Creamy Coconut Milk Smoothie

bananas (room temperature)

full fat coconut milk

Place all ingredients in a blender, breaking the banana into pieces. Blend until creamy and frothy, stopping and scraping down the sides as necessary. 

Eat immediately or store 1 day in a sealed jar; if it separates, shake to re-integrate it.

I love the smoothie recipes! However bananas are used. Unfortunately, I am allergic to bananas. Is there a great substitute?

this recipie was so good i loved the coconutty taste but i would say maby dont put the water in when i did it it diddent taste as good as it did with water

Peach Coconut Milk Smoothie

coconut milk (chilled)

peaches

lemon zest (to taste)

Add coconut milk, ice, and peaches to Vitamix or blender. Using a microplane, add a few gratings of fresh lemon zest, to taste.

Blend on high speed until smooth.

can substitute the peach for mango? and coconut milk for coconut edible oil?

I just made this smoothie using just picked, sweet, juicy Parker County TX peaches.   I could drink these smoothies all day!  Thank you for the recipe.
