This rice cooker version of the Colombian favorite melds sweet coca cola with rice and raisins.

Sticky Arroz con Coca Cola (Coke and Rice)

jasmine rice

chicken stock powder

raisins

Coca-Cola

Kosher salt and black pepper,

green onion, finely chopped

Put the rice into the rice cooker and wash thoroughly, until the water is almost clear. Drain as much water as possible from rice.

Add stock, sultanas, and coca cola. Stir thoroughly, then set the rice cooker to the cook setting

Once the rice is cooked, stir to fluff up the rice, sprinkle it with salt and pepper, then stand for five minutes before serving in a dish, or individual portions.
