Seasoned Sour Cream (Champps Copycat)

mayonnaise

lemon juice

Worcestershire sauce

parsley

tsp garlic salt

paprika

tsp salt

cayenne pepper

tsp pepper

In a medium bowl, combine the mayo and sour cream. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire, parsley, garlic salt, paprika, salt, cayenne pepper and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour before serving.

This easy taco dip with salsa and sour cream is always a hit at parties, and amazingly simple to make!

Layered Cream Cheese and Salsa Dip

oz brick style cream cheese (softened to room temperature)

taco seasoning

salsa

shredded Mexican blend cheese

Add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning to a medium-sized bowl.

Beat the cream cheese together with the other ingredients using a handheld electric mixer.

Continue to mix until smooth and uniform, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.

Add the cream cheese mixture to the bottom of a 9&quot; round or square baking dish and spread it into an even layer.

If your cream cheese was very soft (could easily press a finger through it), refrigerate the first layer for 30 minutes before adding the salsa. If it was still relatively firm, go ahead with the next layer.

If your salsa is thin and liquidy, pour it through a strainer set over a bowl. The liquid will collect below and can be discarded.

Spread drained or chunky salsa in an even layer on top of the cream cheese and sour cream layer.

Finally, top it with your shredded cheese, spreading it out evenly.

Serve immediately if desired, or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for the best results.

This sweet cream cheese dip is the perfect sweet treat for any occasion! Made with just 4 simple ingredients.

Sweet Cream Cheese Dip

oz cream cheese (softened (½ package (125 grams), brick-style))

butter (melted (or softened))

vanilla extract

sugar

Milk ((optional), for thinning the consistency)

Add the softened cream cheese to a medium-sized mixing bowl, then add the butter and vanilla extract.

Beat the butter and cream cheese together using an electric hand mixer on low-medium speed, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.

Once the mixture is smooth and lump-free, add in the powdered sugar.

Mix on low speed until the powdered sugar is fully incorporated and no lumps remain.

Taste and check the consistency. If a thinner consistency is desired, add a small splash of milk and mix well. Add milk, a very small amount at a time, until the dip is the perfect consistency (keep in mind that it will become firm after refrigeration).

Serve with fresh fruit, graham crackers, or your favorite dippable desserts.

Transfer leftovers to an airtight container. Keep refrigerated.

Boat Dip

block (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)

sour cream (good quality, like Daisy or Good Culture)

ranch seasoning

taco seasoning ((optional))

(4 oz) green chilies (undrained)

drained salsa* (or 1 (10 ounces) can Rotel, drained)

(12 oz) corn kernels (drained (or 1 ½ cups frozen corn))

cheddar cheese (about 2 cups)

Tortilla chips (for serving (or corn dippers, pretzels, pita chips, etc))

Beat the cream cheese.

Beat the cream cheese. Add the softened cream cheese to a large bowl and beat with an electric hand mixer until smooth.

Drain the salsa.

Drain the salsa. Add your salsa to a fine mesh strainer set over a small bowl, stirring it gently with a spoon so the liquid collects below, leaving the tomatoes and other ingredients in the strainer. Measure out ⅔ cup of the drained salsa (or use 1 can of drained Rotel tomatoes). Set aside.

Add remaining ingredients.

Add the remaining ingredients. Add in the sour cream, ranch seasoning, taco seasoning, drained salsa (or Rotel), and green chilies. Mix until smooth and combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.

Fold in the corn and cheese.

Finally, add the corn kernels and shredded cheese. Fold them in gently using a rubber spatula.

Chill before serving.

Chill and serve. Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for the best results. Dip can be served right away if desired, but it’s best when served after it has chilled.

Serve and enjoy.

Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, corn dippers, or pretzels.

If making this recipe for a party, potluck, family or work function this dip won’t last very long. It is highly addictive, delicious, so good, and easy to make. The only issue with this recipe is that no matter how big the bowl of dip is, there are always chips or pretzels left over haha. Amazing recipe!!!!
