We've taken one of your favourite family weeknight dinners and made it into a crispy ball of risoni, cheese and cauliflower.

Cauliflower cheese balls

(about 350 grams) cauliflower, cut into large florets

(1/2 cup) dried risoni pasta

butter

(1/4 cup) plain flour

milliliters (1 cup) milk

(1 cup) coarsely grated cheddar

(1/4 cup) finely grated parmesan

(1 1/2 cups) panko breadcrumbs

parsley

Easy Thai prawn curry

vegetable oil

onion, chopped

tsp fresh root ginger

curry

can chopped tomatoes

sachet coconut cream

raw frozen prawns

coriander, chopped, to serve (optional)

Heat the oil in a medium saucepan. Tip in the onion and ginger, then cook for a few mins until softened. Stir in the curry paste, then cook for 1 min more. Pour over the chopped tomatoes and coconut cream. Bring to the boil, then leave to simmer for 5 mins, adding a little boiling water if the mixture gets too thick.

Tip in the prawns, then cook for 5-10 mins more, depending on how large they are. Serve alongside some plain rice and sprinkle with a little chopped coriander, if you like.
