This Grilled Cheese with Cream Cheese is ooey gooey delicious and SO easy to make!

Simple Cream Cheese Grilled Cheese

Cheddar

Cream Cheese

tbsp EACH: Parmesan, Mayonnaise ((optional

Butter, (as needed)

In a small mixing bowl combine cream cheese with mayo and parmesan until nice and smooth.

Spread one side of each of your slices of bread with butter. In a non-stick pan with the heat OFF add 2 slices of bread butter-side-down. Top with cheddar, followed by a dollop of cream cheese, topped with another slice of cheddar, then finish with another slice of bread butter-side-up.

Turn on heat to medium and fry both sides until golden with the cheese just starting to leak out. Prepare the other two sandwiches to one side as these fry.

Slice in half and enjoy!

Cream cheese sandwich is an easy breakfast or snack option. These veg cream cheese sandwich is grilled and made with mixed veggies and cream cheese.

Cream Cheese Sandwich (With Mix Veggies)

tomato

cucumber

onion (- thinly sliced)

sweet corn kernels (- optional)

cream cheese (- as required)

black pepper (- add as required)

herbs (- add as required)

Take the bread slices and spread cream cheese on them

Sprinkle some crushed black pepper and mixed herbs. You can add your choice of dried herbs.&nbsp;

Then place a few slices of onions and tomatoes.&nbsp;

Place a few slices of cucumber and capsicum (green bell pepper). If you want to add steamed sweet corn kernels then add at this step.

Sprinkle&nbsp;some crushed black pepper and mixed herbs again. You can also add a pinch of salt if you want.

Cover with the slice of bread in which cream cheese is spread.&nbsp;

Place in a preheated toaster or grill.&nbsp;

Toast or grill the cream cheese sandwich till golden.

Remove on a plate. You can spread some butter on the veg cream cheese sandwich if you want.&nbsp;

Slice in two or fours parts and then serve.&nbsp;

Serve veg cream cheese sandwich with any dip or sauce of your choice.
