creamed spinach chicken

Creamed Spinach Chicken

extra-virgin olive oil, divided

chicken breasts

paprika

Kosher salt

black pepper

yellow onion, chopped

garlic,

baby spinach

heavy cream

c. low-sodium chicken broth

c. mozzarella

Crusty bread, for serving (optional)

This was awesome!!! I added 2 tbsp butter to saute the onions plus a 1/4 cup of white wine. I also salted my mozzarella as it was fresh and after the fact realized I could have/should have added sliced mushrooms. If you served this over egg noodles you could easily serve 8 adults if you include crusty bread!

Hands down my favorite at home meal to make, I did 1/2 cup white wine 1/4 cup chicken broth and added a HUGE (so maybe 2) tablespoon(s) of cream cheese to the recipe. 
Will make this over and over. I'm highly impressed.

So yummy. Added cream cheese and provolone slices on top. Put into oven just to melt. Serve over cauliflower rice.

Excellent!  I used butter to sauté onions, garlic and added mushrooms and substituted 1/2 cup white wine and only 1/4 cup chicken broth.

This is amazing!!! I added butter and garlic salt to the mixture and it turned out amazing!!! I truly recommend it and it’s super quick to make. Also, you can pair this with pasta or mashed potatoes!!

I did the recipe exactly as it is and was super delicious! I love vegetables but my husband doesn't like spinach or pretty much any vegetable but I wanted to try it anyway. OMG he liked it and went for a second plate!! The sauce is out of this world. Served over egg noodles. Great recipe
