Perfectly delicious alfredo in under 20 minutes!

Dump And Start Instant Pot Alfredo

chicken broth

heavy cream

tsp minced garlic (dried)

salt and pepper (to taste)

noodles

parmesan cheese (shredded)

Dump and Start Instant Pot Alfredo

Add the broth, cream, garlic, salt, pepper and noodles to the instant pot in that order. DO NOT STIR, but make sure all noodles are&nbsp;covered. If you need to move some noodles around, thats okay.

Set your Instant Pot to Manual for 6 minutes (I like my noodles with a little bite to them, if you like yours softer I'd recommend cooking for a minute or two longer) and then let it naturally release its pressure for an additional 6 minutes then quick release.

Let the noodles and sauce sit for a minute or so. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. Your cheese will not melt into the sauce if it doesn't cool for a minute or two.

Gradually stir in the parmesan cheese.

A comforting and easy Dump and Bake Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Noodle Casserole that combines tender chicken, nutritious broccoli, creamy Alfredo sauce, and cheesy pasta baked to perfection. Perfect for a family dinner, this one-dish meal is flavorful, cheesy, and requires minimal prep.

Dump and Bake Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Noodle Casserole Recipe

chicken,

broccoli florets

salted butter, melted

Italian seasoning (divided)

garlic powder (divided)

onion powder

Salt,

Black pepper,

Chili flakes,

dry short cut pasta or egg noodles

cream cheese, melted

milk

Parmesan cheese

mozzarella cheese

parsley

Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Dish

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Melt the butter in a 9&#215;13 inch baking dish with high sides to coat the bottom evenly.

Season Chicken

Add the cubed chicken to the baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes according to your heat preference. Toss to coat the chicken evenly with the seasonings and butter.

Layer Pasta and Broccoli

Arrange the dry noodles over the chicken evenly, then distribute the chopped broccoli florets over the noodles. Pour 1 1/2 cups of water evenly over the layered ingredients. This water will hydrate the pasta during baking.

Prepare Alfredo Cream Sauce

In a separate bowl, mix the melted cream cheese with the heavy cream until smooth. Whisk in the milk and Parmesan cheese. Add additional Italian seasoning to taste to enhance flavor. Pour this creamy mixture evenly over the noodles and broccoli in the baking dish.

Add Cheese and Bake Covered

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese evenly on top. Add an extra sprinkle of garlic powder on the cheese for added flavor. Cover the dish with a lid or foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Bake Uncovered for Crispy Top

Remove the cover and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the cheese on top is golden brown and crispy and the noodles on top start to crisp up.

Garnish and Serve

Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or basil. Scoop out portions and serve warm and enjoy your creamy, cheesy casserole!
