This is the ultimate creamy avocado sauce that also doubles as a dip and salad dressing! Even better, there is no additional oil and instead relies on the creamy, healthy fats in the avocado to make a perfectly rich and silky avocado sauce that you will want to put on everything. 

Easy Creamy Avocado Sauce

avocados

apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)

water

lemon juice

parsley

salt

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high for 30 seconds, scraping down the sides as needed until a thick cream is formed.

Creamy Avocado Dip that comes together with less than five ingredients in two minutes flat! This is the BEST easy, healthy snack. Also a great spread for tacos.

plain Greek yogurt

lime juice (to taste)

garlic powder (to taste)

salt (more

Mix in yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Adjust to taste. VOILA! Two minutes and done.

Uh its Guacamole by the way. Not Yummy avocado dip. Its Guacamole. But I have to agree with you! Avocados are the best!

It's so funny I got this email today. Last night I was trying to make a sauce to put on my halibut. I had an avocado that needed to be used up.  I  put ALMOST everything in this recipe, plus some leftover cilantro, but was still missing something.  I didn't have any limes! As refreshing as it is smooth, this creamy avocado dip is ready in just 10 minutes when you season mashed avocados with McCormick&reg; Garlic Powder, Onion Salt and Black Pepper. Dip away with your favorite tortilla or pita chips.

Greek-style yogurt

fat free milk

tbsps chopped fresh cilantro

tbsps lime juice

garlic powder

tsp onion salt

tsp black pepper

step 1

Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Season to taste with additional ground black pepper, if desired.

step 2

Spoon dip into serving bowl. Cover surface with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
