You'll want to put this Avocado Salsa with jalapeño, cilantro and lime on everything! It's vegan, flavorful and EASY!

Avocado Salsa ( Mexican Green Sauce) 

medium avocado, ripe (1 cup, diced)

cilantro

olive oil

salt

coriander

cumin

lime juice

garlic cloves

pepper

jalapeño (optional,

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until blended. For a looser consistency, add a little more water as needed.

Everyone in the family loves it from age 8 to 83!!!

Add avocado, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, a large pinch of salt, and a splash of water to a food processor.

Process until it forms a smooth, creamy consistency.

This creamy avocado sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare and will take your tacos, flautas, or tostadas to the next level!

2 limes is too many. I would start with 1/2 - 1 and taste as you go. I used 3 avocados and 1 1/2 limes and the lime is over powering.
