Creamy Italian chicken is an easy dump &amp; go slow cooker dinner that takes just minutes to prepare. The chicken cooks all day in a creamy Italian salad dressing mixture with seasonings, and it is fall apart tender and makes the most amazing creamy Italian sauce. Serve over pasta or rice for a delicious dinner. 

Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chicken

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

(10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup

chicken broth

Italian salad dressing

Italian seasoning dressing mix ()

cream cheese (softened & cubed)

Spray the insert of the slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in the bottom.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, Italian salad dressing, and Italian seasoning mix. Whisk together until combined. Pour over the chicken.

Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.

Take the chicken out and shred with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and add the cream cheese. * Cut the cream cheese into small cubes, about 12 squares. This will help it melt easier in the slow cooker OR warm up the cream cheese bar in the microwave for 40 seconds to ensure that it&#39;s warm and softened well.

Cover and let cook for an additional 30 minutes, or until the cream cheese is melted and mixes in smoothly.

Serve over pasta, rice, or egg noodles. My family loves white rice, egg noodles, or rotini pasta noodles. Garnish with chopped parsely and shredded parmesan cheese, if wanted.

Crock Pot Creamy Italian Chicken - Weight Watchers

chicken breasts

(.7 ounces) envelope of Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix

oz Campbells Condensed 98% Fat-Free Cream of Chicken Soup

oz low fat cream cheese

Egg Noodles

Spray crock pot with non-stick spray. Place the chicken breasts in crock pot, and sprinkle the Italian dressing mix over the top. Pour the cream of chicken soups over chicken, and then spread the cubes of cream cheese evenly over all.

Cover and cook on Low heat for 6 hours. (OR on High for 3 hours) Remove lid and stir mixture together. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. (If the sauce seems too thick, you can thin it out with a little milk or water)

Serve chicken and sauce over cooked egg noodles or rice. Enjoy

Crockpot Creamy Italian Chicken

can cream of chicken soup

cream cheese

S&P (, to taste)

Place 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts in the crockpot. Sprinkle the packet of Italian seasoning over the chicken. Next add the can cream of chicken soup and cut 8 ounces cream cheese into cubes and place in the crockpot.

Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Shred chicken and salt and pepper to taste. Add 1/4-1/2 cup of chicken broth or milk if needed to thin it out.

Serve over cooked noodle or rice. Add fresh parsley on top if desired.
