Easy Pea Salad

(16-ounce) bag frozen peas (or fresh*)

mayonnaise

1 (0.4 to 1.0 -ounce) packet buttermilk ranch dressing mix

red onion

Allow peas to thaw and rinse under cold water in colander. Drain well and spread out on a rimmed sheet pan lined with paper towels to absorb excess moisture.

In a medium bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and ranch dressing mix. Add the peas, ham, and onion and fold together to coat. Refrigerate until serving.

Tablespoons parsley (chopped)

sour cream

Tablespoon cider vinegar

Tablespoon sugar

In a large bowl add the peas, red onion, cheddar cheese, bacon&nbsp;and parsley.&nbsp;

In a small bowl whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, cider vinegar, and sugar.

Pour the creamy mixture in the large bowl over the peas. Toss until the peas are fully coated. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Mix yogurt with paprika, salt and pepper.

Put peas, bacon and feta in a large bowl.

Pour yogurt sauce over and stir all of the ingredients.

Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
