This Cheeseburger Crunch Wrap is so easy, stuffed with classic burger ingredients and wrapped in a crunchy tortilla. Use any burger meat you wish here!

Cheeseburger Crunch Wrap

turkey

(10-inch low-carb tortillas (Tumaros))

American

ketchup

golden mustard

dill pickle and red onion

lettuce

olive oil spray

Add air fryer french fries

Form meat into two flat patties, 1/3 inch thick.  Season with salt.

Spray a skillet and heat over medium heat. Add the burgers and cook 5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.

Wipe clean and spray with oil, keep heated over medium-low heat.

Place the burger in the center of the wrap followed by the cheese, pickles, onion, ketchup, mustard and lettuce. Fold the sides over to crunch wrap it by folding the sides over each other.

Place on the hot skillet, folded side down. Cook until browned, 1 to 2 minutes, then flip and continue cooking until browned and crisp, 1 to 2 minutes more.

For Skillet:

Air fry the burgers 400F 10 to 14 min turning halfway, until cooked through in the center.

Wipe the air fryer basket clean and spray with oil.

Place the burger in the center of the wrap followed by the cheese, pickles, onion, ketchup, mustard and lettuce.

Fold the sides over to crunch wrap it and place it on the air fryer basket, folded side down.

Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F, and then add your wrap inside folded side down, spritz the top with oil and air fry for 4 to 5 minutes, flip carefully halfway.

bag large 10 inch tortillas

small 5 inch tortilla

Nacho cheese sauce

shredded cheese

salsa

guacamole

tomatoes

sour cream

jalapenos

scallions minced

In a medium hot skillet, cook the onion with olive oil until it softens and turns translucent.

Add in the ground beef or lamb and spices, garlic and cook well breaking down the lamb pieces so it cook evenly.

Continue cooking until the temperature registers 175 degrees at least.

Finish off with cilantro and scallions and then turn off the eat and allow the meat to cool.

Start the layering process using the large tortillas at the bottom.

Always add the ingredient right in the middle of the tortilla and avoid spreading it to the edges at all. Start with nacho cheese sauce layer

Then the cooked meat

Shredded cheese goes over the meat

Add a layer of tostada or tortilla chips over the cheese

A spread of sour cream goes over that.

the veggies are now piled over that starting with lettuce, tomatoes, avocadoes, cilantro and scallions

Add the salsa over the veggies

Now more cheese to top up the layers

Finish off with a final layer of the smaller size tortilla

Now begin the folding process using images for step by step

You&#39;ll be creating pleats by folding over the sides of the tortilla one at a time

Always keep a hand over the folded side and conetinue the folding process

Turn over the tortilla and continue more folding while holding down the folded sides already and continue

Continue until you have 5-6 sides folded up

Spray cooking spray on a skillet over medium heat and place the wrap seam side down.

Cook for 2 minutes and then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until ready.

Cut in half and enjoy!

You can use any cooked chicken that you like, but I suggest mixing up the marinade ingredients and then your chicken marinade overnight. I cooked mine in the Insta pot for 12 minutes then sautéed it in a pan with extra cumin for maximum crispiness

Prep the sauce

Add 70 g of the sauce to a bowl with your chicken, stir to combine

Assemble your crunch wrap/French taco by spreading this laughing cow was in a circle in the middle of your rap

Then add the sauce coated chicken

Then top with shredded coleslaw and wrap up

Spray with cooking spray then either air fry or place seems side down on a hot pan, flipping after a few minutes
