These No Bake Chocolate &amp; Honey Peanut Butter Bars are like a peanut butter cup in bar form! They're easy to make, incredibly delicious, and the perfect sweet treat for peanut butter lovers!

No Bake Chocolate &amp; Honey Peanut Butter Bars

butter, room temperature

honey

peanut butter

honey graham cracker crumbs

sugar

semi-sweet chocolate chips

Line a 9&#215;9 dish with aluminum foil and coat lightly with nonstick spray. Set aside.

In the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine the butter, honey, and peanut butter, mixing on medium speed until smooth. Turn the mixer to low and add in the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar until combined. This will be very thick.

Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and place in the refrigerator to chill while making the topping.

In a microwave-safe bowl melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter on high in 30 second increments until smooth, stirring after each. Once melted, stir in the honey.

Pour the mixture onto the peanut butter layer and chill for at least 2 hours.

Once they&#8217;re chilled, cut into pieces.

These no bake Butterfinger Caramel Bars are so gooey, crunchy and easy to make! These dessert bars are so delicious, you can't stop at just one!

Butterfinger Caramel Bars

graham crackers

mini marshmallows

(11 oz) bag Caramel bits

Tbsp milk

(10 oz bag Butterfinger Bites, coarsely chopped

oz semi-sweet chocolate (for drizzle)

Line a 9&#215;9 baking pan with foil, allowing foil to hang over the edge for easy removal.

Place graham crackers on bottom of the pan, breaking to evenly fit.

Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over graham crackers.

Melt caramel and milk together in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute. Stir and continue heating in 30 second intervals until melted.

Pour caramel over the marshmallows and gently spread until evenly coated. The marshmallows will melt slightly, which is fine. Make sure to coat evenly so the caramel sticks to the graham crackers.

Sprinkle chopped Butterfinger on top and and press the candies into the caramel/marshmallow mix.

Melt semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave safe bowl on high power in 30 second intervals until melted.

Drizzle semi-sweet chocolate on top of Butterfinger.

Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour or until set.

This recipe is a disaster. I followed directions exactly as written. They fell apart when cutting them. The melted caramel wasn’t enough to get through the mini marshmallows all the way to the graham crackers to hold it together. And then after adding the roughly cut Butterfingers and chocolate drizzle on top of that, what’s to keep the candy bars from just falling off the top? Certainly not the chocolate drizzle. Guess we’ll use it for ice cream topping.

Mud Hen Bars

vanilla

egg + 2 eggs, separated

flour

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

chocolate chips

light brown sugar, packed

Spray a 9&#215;13 baking pan lightly with cooking spray

In a large bowl cream together butter, granulated sugar, 1 whole egg plus 2 yolks and vanilla until smooth.

Add in flour, baking powder and salt and mix until just combined. Spread in prepared pan.

Top with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.

In a clean mixing bowl with whisk attachment on your mixer, beat the 2 remaining egg whites until stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes on high.

Fold in light brown sugar and stir until combined and there are no lumps.

Spread on top of chocolate chips and marshmallows.

Bake 30-35 minutes until top is golden brown.

Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares

One of the best desserts I’ve made in a long time. Comfort food for sure. All the best textures. Love.
