Add water, milk, and flour to the bread bucket in turn. Try to make the flour cover the entire surface of the water. Put salt near the corner of the bread bucket and sugar on the other corner. Dig a hole in the flour, put the yeast into the small hole, make sure that the yeast does not come into contact with the water and salt, and pour the olive oil.

Put the bread bucket into the bread machine and rotate it clockwise to clamp the bread bucket tightly. Select the degree of kneading, knead the dough for 20 minutes and start the program

Start the fermentation and thawing program of the bread machine for 40 minutes to ferment the dough to twice its size.

After exhausting, roll the ball and cover with plastic wrap to relax for about 15 minutes.

Roll out the dough and use Yangchen&#39;s heart-shaped pie pan to press out the pizza base.

Use a fork to make small holes in the pizza base.

Mix durian and condensed milk into a puree for later use.

After the oven is preheated, put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 3 minutes, take out the pizza crust and sprinkle a little cheese on it.

Sprinkle with shredded cheese according to personal preference.

Put it in the middle of the oven and heat it up and down at 190 degrees, 10 minutes, and the surface will be colored.
