Cinnamon Sugar Blondies

butter (melted)

brown sugar

vanilla extract

flour

salt

sugar

cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment.

Add the butter and brown sugar to a medium mixing bowl and stir to combine.

Stir in the egg and vanilla.

Stir in the flour and salt until well combined.

Spread into the prepared pan. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter.

Bake for 22 minutes or until a tester comes out mostly clean.

Cool before cutting.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Add everything but the m&amp;ms and chocolate chips to the bowl of a stand mixer and beat until just combined.

Stir in the candy and chocolate chips.

Spread the batter into the baking dish. Bake for 28 minutes or until a tester comes out with just a few moist crumbs. Bars should look slightly underdone.

Let cool 1 hour before cutting into bars.

In a large pitcher, add the lemonade and vodka whisk to combine.

Add in pineapple juice and mix.

Add the ginger ale last and mix well.

Add ice and lemon slices if preferred.

Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
