Pull-Apart Cheeseburger Sliders

tbsp. Cooking spray

olive oil

onion,

garlic,

beef

yellow mustard

Worcestershire sauce

Kosher salt

slider buns (or dinner rolls)

cheddar cheese

I've been making these for a few years. Always loved by everyone. 

 I use 1.5 lbs of 85/15 beef from my local grocer, 1.5x the worcestershire, double the mustard, whole white onion, 1.5 cloves of garlic, and I use Famous Dave's signature spicy pickles, sometimes with or without tomatoes, and for the butter I always use kerrygold irish butter.

These were soooooooooooooooo delish! I doubt I’ll ever make regular cheeseburgers again. I followed the recipe almost exactly but made a few minor adjustments. I used Brioche rolls, dehydrated minced onions instead of fresh (my husband hates onions but I can hide them better this way) and I doubled the mustard. I can’t even begin to say how yummy these were. My two year old absolutely loved these “Krabby Patties”.

Just finished eating these for supper.  I used Kings Hawaiian dinner rolls because that's what I had on hand, subbed catsup for the Worcestershire sauce that I didn't have, used grated Mexican cheese, and loaded them with pickles and tomato slices.  I also used dehydrated onions and omitted sesame seeds that I didn't have.  They were quite messy, but VERY delicious!  I definitely will be making them again with real slider buns and real Worcestershire sauce and sliced cheddar cheese.  My husband LOVED them!

Instead of oil spray, I “paint” the pan and the tops of the rolls with a very generous amount of melted butter. (I omit the pickles n tomato).

Yum yum and very yum! My family loves them! I also make them for large groups and they get eaten fast. I do not put pickles and  tomato on the sliders as I leave that on the side. I omitted the onion and I doubled the mustard. Great winter meal when it’s too cold Outside to grill.

My mods: King’s Hawaiian rolls, left off veggies, used grated cheese, and didn’t have sesame seeds. Still good because that mustard/Worcestershire combo is sooo yummy! Who would have thought??? Again, THANK YOU for this deliciousness!! ❤️

Made these today and they came out great! I only had the Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls on hand and used those, so I needed more than 12 to fill the dish, but otherwise stuck to the recipe and had no issues. Would definitely make these again, esp for a party with kids, they wouldn't mind it being a little messy
