Easy Cherry Cobbler Recipe for the Instant Pot

This cobbler is wonderful! If you love bananas this is the one for you. Super easy to make too!

Banana Cobbler Crisp

butter butter

white granulated sugar

flour

milk

bananas (peeled and sliced in rounds)

coconut

oats (could use regular)

butter (melted)

cinnamon

brown sugar

nuts

Spray a 9 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.  Add the melted butter. (I just melt mine in the dish in the microwave)  Add in the white sugar, self-rising flour and milk.  Mix well with a spoon.  Layer the bananas on top

Sprinkle on the coconut over the bananas.  Combine topping ingredients in a bowl and mix well with spoon. Sprinkle over the coconut and sprinkle on nuts.  Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes.  Makes 8 servings.

Easy Cobbler Recipe (Any Fruit)

all-purpose flour

sugar

Tablespoons baking soda

Tablespoon sea salt

fruit (use more or less based

vanilla extract

Add all dry ingredients into a large bowl and whisk to combine.

Have five clean quart-sized mason jars ready for the mix, then scoop 2 1/3 cups mix into each jar.

Seal with a lid and set on your pantry shelf until ready to use.

For the Dry Mix

Preheat the oven to 350° F.

Pour half of the melted butter into the bottom of a casserole dish.

If you&#39;re going to sweeten your fruit, sprinkle the desired amount of sugar over your fruit, stir, and let sit for a few minutes.

Add fruit to the casserole dish, including any juices.

Dump premade cobbler mix into a bowl and add optional cinnamon, whisk to combine.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and vanilla and pour over the dry cobbler mix.

Stir until it&#39;s the consistency of a thick cake (or brownie) batter.

Spoon batter over the fruit, don&#39;t worry if the mix doesn&#39;t cover all of the fruit.

Drizzle the remaining butter over the top of the cobbler batter.

Place the cobbler in a 350° F oven and bake for 30 minutes until the cobbler is set and the fruit is hot and bubbly.

Serve with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or a drizzle of heavy cream.
