Surati Collegian Chat Recipe | Collegian Bhel

Peanuts (Roasted and salted)

Onions (finely chopped)

Tomato (finely chopped)

2-3 Green Chillies (finely chopped)

2-3 Spring Onions (finely chopped)

Chat Masala

Lemon Juice

Green Chutney (as required)

Sev (as required)

Coriander leaves (for garnish)

Take the salted peanuts in a bowl. You can sprinkle salt if you are using plain peanuts.

Add onions, tomato, spring onions, chat masala, lemon juice, chutneys, and coriander leaves.

Mix well and just before serving top it with sev and serve.
