This recipe is restaurant quality!  Our new daughter in law has not stopped talking about how delicious it was!   The only thing I changed was I cooked it on the grill in a stainless steel baking pan and added some fresh spinach 5 minutes before I pulled it off!

For such a quick and easy recipe, this dish is awesome!

OMGosh, this might be my favorite dish ever! I served this over a bed of fresh baby spinach with roasted beets on top. I used 1 Tbsp fresh oregano and 1/2 Tbsp dried dill because that's what I had. Absolutely delicious. Can't wait to make this again.

Y’all, this was sooo good.  I really like the warm salmon with the cool feta mixture.  I am not a fan of dill but it was not overpowering and really complimented the fish.  I will definitely make this again.

I made this for dinner on Friday. My husband and I were blown away with how good it is. I wished I had made more so I could have it for leftovers too. Oh well, I am making it again tomorrow for dinner instead.

Delicious! I had left over topping.. do yourself a favour and save some for the next day. I put this on top of my eggs the next day. A piece of toast, bed of Arugula, over easy or poached eggs with the greek topping over it all. The left over smashed potatoes were dynamite the next day with this too!

So much flavor and color!  A beautiful dish aesthetically as well. I served it over rice pilaf.

When you generate a shopping list, it says 48 oz total for the salmon.  So those ARE 12 oz salmon fillets.
