Hearty and flavorful ground pork chilli will be your new favorite comfort food!

Ground Pork Chili

pork

onion

garlic (minced)

chili powder

salt

oregano

tomatoes

mild Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with green chiles

tomato sauce

kidney beans

pinto beans, drained and rinsed

Combine ground pork, onion, and garlic in large stockpot. Cook and stir over medium heat until pork is brown. Drain.

Stir in chili powder, salt, oregano, tomatoes, and tomato sauce; break up tomatoes while stirring. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to simmer, and cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.

Stir in beans. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes; stir occasionally.

Pork roast pinto bean chili cooked low and slow in a crockpot/slow cooker. This is the easiest, most delicious pork chili ever and it more than exceeded my expectations!

Slow Cooker Pork Roast Chili

lb. Pork Roast (shoulder

Canned Pinto Beans (drained)

Chicken Broth

Canned Tomato Sauce

Onion (chopped)

Garlic Cloves (minced)

tbsp Chili Powder

Paprika

tsp Cumin

Salt

Pepper

Add all ingredients to your slow cooker except for the pork roast and give it a nice stir to fully combine. Add pork roast and cover with some of the sauce/bean mixture.

Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.

When ready, pork will be very tender. Break up pork with a fork and mix to combine.

Serve chili with shredded cheese and sour cream.

Oh my this was good and easy. I had some frozen pulled pork just put in in with rest of the ingredients and simmer for about 20. The man if the stated fantabulous.

Made today and my guys devoured it.  I will double it when i make again - and i will!  I used 2 pork loins and it was terrific.
