Apple banana smoothie

Peel the banana and peel and core the apple.

Put the apple juice, yogurt, oats, banana, apple and cinnamon in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve chilled.

Tightly pack 2 cups of leafy greens in a measuring cup and then toss into blender.

Add water and blend together until all leafy chunks are gone.

Add mango, pineapple and bananas and blend again until smooth.

First add the water to your blender, then the frozen banana and frozen berries. This will help the frozen ingredients blend as easily as possible.

Then add the other ingredients and blend until smooth!

I really love all the nutritious add-ins! This is a good breakfast or snack.

I love the cherry banana flavor combination and such a great idea to add turmeric and cinnamon &amp; next time I might even add a little chaga powder.

So yummy! I love the protein and healthy fat boost with the powder and nut butter.  A keeper for sure!

Scoop Whey Protein

Cup Pineapple juice

Banana

Cup Light coconut milk

lime pineapple wedges

Place the pineapple juice, protein powder, coconut milk, banana, mango, and pineapple in a blender; blend until completely smooth.

Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and add optional garnishes if desired. Serve immediately

Refreshing Blueberry Banana Smoothie is easy to make with frozen blueberries, banana, milk, and chia seeds, all blended until smooth and creamy. All you need is 4 ingredients and 5 minutes to make this smoothie!

Blueberry Banana Smoothie
