These amazing S&#039;mores Bars are thick and chewy graham cookie bars layered with marshmallow creme and chocolate. The great flavor of s&#039;mores made into a delicious cookie bar.

S'mores Bars

all-purpose flour

graham cracker crumbs

baking powder

salt

butter ((2 sticks), softened)

brown sugar (, packed)

vanilla extract

eggs

chocolate chocolate

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13&#39;&#39; baking dish or line with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl combine the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt.

In a separate large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.&nbsp;

Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until well combined. Reduce the mixer speed to low and add the flour mixture, mixing until combined.&nbsp;

Press half of the dough mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. 

Dollop marshmallow creme on top and gently spread into an even layer. If the marshmallow creme gets really sticky you can dip your spoon in hot water (shake off excess water) and it will help to spread.

Break the chocolate bars into pieces and layer over the marshmallow (or sprinkle with chocolate chips). Place small pieces of dough all over the top, flattening into an even layer as best you can.

Bake for 28-32 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting and serving.

4 Ingredient S’mores Chocolate Chip Cookies are the perfect treat for anyone looking for a quick and easy dessert. With just four simple ingredients, these chocolate marshmallow cookies are easy to make and taste absolutely delicious!

4 Ingredient S’mores Cookies

Graham crackers (12 squares)

Hershey's chocolate bars (3 bricks on each cracker)

Marshmallows

oz chocolate chip cookie dough

Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Break the Graham crackers in half and place 12 squares down on the pan. Place 3 squares of the chocolate bar on each cracker.

Place one marshmallow on top of all the chocolates.

Cookie dough: Divide cookie dough into 12 balls. Flatten out the chunks of cookie dough and gently wrap it around the marshmallow. Place the cookie dough wrapped marshmallow on top of all the chocolates. Make sure none are falling over.

Bake: Place in the oven and cook for 13-15 minutes or until the cookie is golden brown. Cool &amp; enjoy!

S'mores Cookies

(1.5 oz) Hershey's chocolate bar (chopped)

mini marshmallows

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cookie Dough: In large mixing bowl cream together the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar for 2-3 minutes. Add egg, egg yolk and vanilla then mix. Add flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda and salt then mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

Chill dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Scoop cookie dough into 2 Tablespoon size balls and place on prepared baking sheet, a few inches apart. Press down slightly on the cookie dough balls, to flatten a little.

Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and gently press 2-3 small pieces of Hershey&#39;s chocolate and 2-3 mini marshmallows on the top of each cookie.  Return to oven for 3-5 minutes.

Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool completely.

I made these tonight, they turned out good. I put a full Hershey's piece in the middle for aesthetics and s’mores vibe and even then it turned out fine for me. Recommend putting your dough back in fridge between batches.

Smores is my husband's favorite dessert, so I made these for his birthday! They were a huge hit. We stuffed the marshmallows inside of the balls instead of having them on top, and they had a lovely texture. This did yield only 15 cookies and I had to add a few minutes to the cook time. I'd recommend just a little bit of crushed graham cracker on top with the Hersheys for a little extra crunch.

Great crowd pleaser, instead of mixing in the marshmallows I smoosh three or four on top right after I take them out of the oven. No melty mess and they look extra fancy!

Tried this recipe out and it tasted AMAZING

These were a big hit for family cookout. They are so delicious and soft! I also had a sticky mess on my first pan, so my advice to keep them from spreading out is to form a ball in your hand and try to keep the marshmallows on top. The rest turned out perfectly once I squeezed the dough together. Parchment is a MUST, as is the 5 min resting on the pan. Recipe also doubles nicely.

I am a very seasoned and experienced baker, I followed the directions to a tee, and these probably taste ok, but they turned into a horrible, melted mess. Was very disappointed since this site is usually a go to for new recipes. Do not waste the ingredients to make these

These were amazing. Suggest keeping dough cold so the cookies don't spread.

Melted into a horrible mess. Edges burned within 6-7 minutes and the middle was a pool. Followed the recipe down to the gram in measurements and I bake often. Seriously disappointed. I don’t know if it was missing more of a binder or what but it did not hold together at ALL. I should have listened to the previous comment stating this.

These literally turned into little flat melted piles in the oven
