Very Sticky Sticky Buns

Cooking spray

c. all-purpose flour

brown sugar

kosher salt

baking soda

eggs

c. (1 stick) butter,

cinnamon

nutmeg

c. finely chopped toasted pecans

tbsp. butter

c. (1 stick) melted butter

c. honey

pure vanilla extract

c. chopped toasted pecans

I made these for mother’s day morning and they were amazing. Everyone loved them!! Recipe was easy to follow!! I halfed the recipe and still ended up with 9 buns. Definitely will make again

I tried making these for Mother's Day and was very disappointed. An hour and a half into this recipe, I could not get the dough to rise.  So I ditched it and made my homemade bread dough.  Used the same yeast for both and my bread recipe turned out fine.  It was quicker to make bread than it was to make this recipe.

So I just made these, it takes HOURS, and I left a mess behind but they're preeeeetty good. Next time I'm adding x2 sticky mix (which's flavour is just perfect) because mine do not look as sticky on the outside as they look on the pics. Still, the bread is fluffy and delicious, this was totally worth the effort. Thank you, Delish! ❤️

These sticky buns are simple to prepare and absolutely delicious! My family can never get enough of them.

Easy Biscuit Sticky Buns

Preheat the oven to what is stated on the biscuit package. Place crushed pecans in the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan. Pour caramel over the pecans and sprinkle cinnamon over the caramel. Pour sugar mix in a Ziplock bag. Separate biscuits. Place a biscuit in the bag, shake, and makes sure it is covered with the sugar mixture. Place biscuit over the topping in the pie pan. Repeat with all the biscuits. Make sure they are touching in the pie pan. Bake according to directions on the biscuits or until golden brown and cooked through. The baking time could definitely be longer than the suggested time on the package. Just watch them and make sure they are cooked through. Once baked, invert sticky buns onto a plate for serving. Serve warm.

Easy Sticky Buns

¾ cup (150 g) brown sugar

(1 stick / 113 g) unsalted butter, (melted)

(54.5 g) coarsely chopped pecans

tubes (8-count each) crescent rolls

(1 stick / 113 g) unsalted butter, (softened)

(100 g) light brown sugar, (packed)

Preheat oven. Spray baking dish with nonstick spray.

Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Make topping. Mix melted butter with brown sugar. Pour into dish.

In a bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Pour it into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Top with nuts.

Top the butter and brown sugar with the chopped pecans.

Sticky Bun Topping

Make rolls. Roll out dough.

Working on a clean work surface, roll out both tubes of dough. Position the second sheet of dough directly next to the first sheet, creating a large square of dough. Combine the sheets of dough so that no seams are seen.

Spread butter over dough.

Mix brown sugar and cinnamon.

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix well.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over dough.

Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the top of the dough.

Roll into a log. Slice into equal size sections. Place in baking dish.

Working on the long edge, roll the dough into a log. Slice into 12 equal-sized pieces. Nestle each piece into the sticky topping in the pan.
