Easy Skillet Cheesy Green Chile Enchilada Bake

extra virgin olive oil

chicken, beef, or pork

yellow onion, chopped

poblano peppers, chopped

chili powder

smoked paprika

garlic powder

kosher salt and black pepper

jars (12 ounces) salsa verde

cream cheese,

cilantro

Mexican cheese blend

tortillas, warmed

avocado, limes, yogurt/sour cream, green onion, and jalapeños,

1. Preheat the oven to 400°.2. In a large oven-safe skillet, combine the olive oil, meat, onion, and peppers. Cook, breaking up the meat as it cooks, until browned, about 5 minutes. Add the chili powder, paprika, and garlic powder, 1 cup water, 1 jar salsa verde, and season with salt. Simmer 5-8 minutes. Mix in the cream cheese until creamy. Remove from the heat and stir in the cilantro.3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese down the center of each tortilla, tuck, and roll. Place the tortillas, seam side down, into the skillet overtop of the meat. Pour over the remaining jar of salsa verde. Top with the remaining shredded cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese has melted.5. Serve warm, drizzled with yogurt mixed with lime and salt. Top with avocado, cilantro, chopped green onions, and jalapeños. Enjoy!

This salad, which is very similar to my favourite one from Outback Steakhouse, is a blend of fresh flavours (mixed greens with shredded carrots, red cabbage, green onions, sweet candied pecans, tossed with Blue Cheese vinaigrette and topped with Blue Cheese crumbles). You will absolutely fall in love with this recipe.

Chopped Blue Cheese Salad Fast2eat Recipe

Pecan ((sliced-lengthwise))

tsp Cinnamon

Brown sugar

Butter

Olive oil (extra virgin)

tbsp Apple cider vinegar

tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Dijon mustard

Sour cream

tbsp Honey ((use 2 if you like it a bit sweeter))

tbsp Basil ((chopped fresh))

((optional

Black pepper ((optional - freshly Ground- to taste) or Paprika)

Blue cheese ((crumbled))

Romain lettuce ((chopped)

Red leaf lettuce ((chopped))

Iceberg lettuce ((chopped))

Red cabbage ((chopped))

Carrot ((shredded))

Green onion ((chopped))

Fried noodle ((pieces))

Preheat oven to 190C (375F).

Slice each pecan half into at least two lengthwise pieces.

Mix the cinnamon and Dark Brown Sugar.

Toss the pecans with the melted butter, then with the cinnamon and sugar mixture, tossing well to make sure that the pecans are coated evenly.

Put the coated pecans on a Parchment Paper in a Shallow Baking Pan and bake for 5 to 8 minutes, until sugar is caramelized.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and slide the pecans off of the parchment to cool, and set aside.

Caramelized Pecans*

In a small bowl, Whisk Apple Cider Vinegar, Balsamic Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, sour cream and Honey.

Then add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil slowly and Whisk vigorously until smooth.

Combine the chopped basil and Blue Cheese crumbles.

If desired, season with salt and black pepper (or Paprika). Whisk until very well blended.

Blue Cheese vinaigrette

Chop all of the lettuce and cabbage into smallish bite-sized pieces; and rinse them with cool water. Use a Salad Spinner to dry them.

Slice the green onion and shred the carrots with a Food Processor.

Place the chopped lettuce, cabbage and shredded carrots into a Large Mixing Bowl (large enough to allow you to toss the salad in).

**Add the vinaigrette and toss the salad thoroughly to coat with the dressing.

Sprinkle with the chopped green onion, ***Fried Noodles, crumbled blue cheese.

Break the cooled caramelized pecan slices apart and sprinkle them over the salad and serve right away.

Prepare Ingredients

Prepare your ingredients for making the best and easiest tortilla recipe ever. Flax seeds can be dark or light, whichever you prefer. The only difference would be the shade of your wraps at the end. Water should be boiling for the flax to work. You could add salt, pepper, dry garlic, or spices for extra flavor

Grind the Flaxseeds

Place whole Golden seeds into the Magic Buller or Coffee Grinder and grind all of the seeds until you get a perfect grounded flour like consistency

Add Spices

Place the grounded Flaxseeds into a medium size mixing bowl and add garlic and salt

Boiling Water

Add boiling water into the bowl. The water needs to be boiling, otherwise, you will not get the smooth consistency and the dough would become clumpy.

Properly mix the dough until you achieve a beautiful consistency to be able to work easily with it.

Split the dough

With a knife or spatula, separate the dough into 6-8 pieces. it all depends on how thin and big you are able to make your Flaxseed Keto Wraps.

Roll

Either on a Parchment paper or nonstick silicone mat, start rolling the dough into a thin rounded shape. Try to roll it as thin as possible, but not entirely thin, otherwise, you will not be able to lift the wrap from the silicone mat.

Shape the Keto Wraps

Cut a parchment paper into smaller squares. You will need this for placing the wraps on it for easier handling

Lift and roll

With a round bowl or a plate, press onto the rolled wrap to get ever and precise shape.

Prepare to cook

Using a long knife or spatula, slowly get the wraps onto already precut Parchment Paper. Please see the video for better instruction. Preheat the pan on a medium high

Cook the Flaxseed Keto Wraps

Once you have all of the Flaxseed Keto Wraps ready, start with roasting them on a pan. You can use few drops of oil if you do not have a nonstick pan. Cook each side of the Wrap for about a minute, pressing gently from time to time. Once you see, they are done, place them on a plate and serve.
