These super fudgy and moist brownies are made with just cocoa powder and bananas! No flour, butter, eggs or additional sugar needed.

2 Ingredient Healthy Brownies

overripe bananas

cocoa powder

tbsp coconut oil (melted)

unsweetened cocoa powder or cacao powder

maple syrup

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 8 x 4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

Mash bananas until they become a puree consistency and no banana chunks remain. You can mash by hand with a fork or spoon or use a blender or food processor. Whisk in the cocoa powder until a smooth batter forms.

Pour batter into prepared baking pan. Use spatula to spread the batter evenly across the pan. Tap the bottom of the pan a few times against your counter to remove any air bubbles.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes. When the brownies are done, the surface should look dry and dark in color and the center should not be jiggly. However, the center should also not be completely set (i.e., a toothpick inserted will come up wet and if you press your finger gently on the surface you should feel that the center is still soft). Let brownies cool in pan. Then place into the fridge for 1-2 hours or until brownies are firm enough to cut.

To make the frosting, add oil and cocoa powder in a medium bowl. Whisk until smooth and completely combined. Your mixture should look like melted chocolate. Add in maple syrup. (Do not add maple syrup until the end. The maple syrup will thicken the mixture. If you add it with the other ingredients, it will make it very difficult to mix.) Whisk until smooth frosting forms. Spread frosting over the surface of brownies after they are set.

Eggless Brownies Recipe

(1 Cup) dark unsweetened chocolate, chopped

Cup all-purpose flour (maida)

yogurt

Cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Cup castor sugar

baking powder

vanilla essence

instant coffee powder

Cup chopped walnuts

Add butter and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 20 - 30 seconds. Stir the melted butter and chocolate with a spatula to make sure the mixture is silky smooth and lump free.

Add yogurt, sugar, and vanilla essence in the liquid chocolate mixture. Whisk for 2 - 3 minutes to combine all the ingredients nicely. Once combined, set the bowl aside.

Sift the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and coffee powder together in a separate bowl. Mix using a spatula.

Add the sifted flour mix into the liquid chocolate in small batches. Gently cut and fold the batter using a spatula untill all moistened and combined well. Do not mix the batter for too long.

Add chopped walnuts and fold them into the batter.

Preheat the oven to 180 degree celcius. Grease an 8 inch square tin and line it with a parchment paper.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared tin and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Check the brownies for doness via inserting a toothpick after 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool. Cut into squares and serve hot with vanilla ice cream.

These Eggless Brownies are rich and chocolatey with the perfect crackle top! You won&#39;t believe how amazing these brownies taste with no eggs or dairy!

Eggless Brownies

aquafaba (liquid

cream of tartar

sugar

vanilla extract

vegan chocolate chips

vegan butter (1 stick or 8 tablespoons)

all purpose flour

dutch processed cocoa powder

salt

vegan chocolate chips, optional

Line a 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Beat aquafaba with cream of tartar for 5 minutes until stiff peaks form. I use my stand mixer with whisk attachment, but you can use an electric hand mixer. Slowly add in the sugar, about 1/4 cup at a time, until it&#39;s all incorporated. It should be very fluffy at this point with stiff peaks. Beat in the vanilla and set aside.

In a microwave safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and vegan butter. Melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals, whisking well at each interval, until melted.

Pour the melted chocolate/butter mixture into the aquafaba mixture and stir gently with a spatula. The aquafaba mixture will shrink at this point but that is fine.

To a medium bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt together until combined and no clumps remain. If your cocoa is really clumpy, use a sifter.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until combined using a spatula. Fold in the additional chocolate chips, if using. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, even it out with a spatula or your hands and bake for 35-37 minutes until the top is shiny.

Let cool for at least 30 minutes as the brownies will firm up as they cool. Enjoy!
