With just 4 simple ingredients and no eggs, this easy vanilla ice cream is perfect for beginners to the homemade ice cream game. It&#039;s soft, creamy, and packed with delicious vanilla flavor!

Easy Vanilla Ice Cream (No Eggs)

c whole milk (very cold)

c sugar

c heavy cream (very cold)

TB pure vanilla extract

In a medium bowl, add milk and sugar. Whisk well until sugar is dissolved. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, stirring to combine. If desired, split vanilla bean pods in half and scrape out the seeds into the milk mixture. Whisk to fully incorporate. Place bowl into freezer for about 15 minutes, to chill the mixture.

Turn on ice cream maker. Use rubber spatula to transfer mixture into the frozen freezer bowl and churn according to your machine’s manufacturer instructions, generally 20-25 minutes.  Mixture will be soft and creamy, with a consistency similar to soft serve.

Use rubber spatula to fully transfer ice cream into a freezer-safe container (we use a metal loaf pan). Cover and freeze at least 2 hours, or until ice cream firms up. Serve with caramel sauce, hot fudge sauce, fresh berries, sprinkles, or simply as-is.

This no-churn lychee ice cream is creamy, floral, and refreshing, combining the delicate sweetness of lychee with a hint of rose. Eggless and simple to prepare, it’s a tropical frozen dessert perfect for warm days or elegant gatherings.

Lychee Ice Cream

oz (1 can) sweetened condensed milk

Peel and deseed fresh lychees, or drain canned lychees well.

In a blender, combine lychees, whole milk, and half of the condensed milk. Blend until smooth.

In a large mixing bowl, whip heavy cream using a hand mixer until slightly thick and fluffy (no stiff peaks).

Add the remaining condensed milk, lychee mixture, and rose water. Mix until fully combined and pourable.

Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and smooth the top with a spatula.

Press plastic wrap directly onto the surface and cover with a lid.

Freeze for 8–10 hours or overnight until firm.

Scoop and serve. Optionally garnish with fresh lychee, dried rose petals, or a drizzle of honey.
